About Beckie Buckner, BSN, RN

Hello! I'm Beckie Buckner, the founder of The Healing Oak, and a Health and Wellness Nurse Coach rooted in the belief that true healing comes from integrating the mind, body, and spirit.

My professional journey began in clinical nursing (BSN, RN), where I spent years caring for patients in traditional healthcare settings. This experience was deeply rewarding, yet often heartbreaking. I watched patients and families receive medical diagnoses like they were being sentenced, and I felt a strong calling to help them learn about their conditions and find personal ways to battle and win against illness.

This realization led me to Holistic Nurse Coaching. This practice allows me to merge my expert clinical knowledge with a powerful, client-centered coaching model. I provide the grace and partnership needed to help you become the true leader of your health journey.

From my home base in Southside, Alabama, I proudly serve clients virtually across many states, leveraging my multi-state registered nursing license to provide well-informed guidance.*

A Little More About Me

Outside of coaching, my life is wonderfully full. My husband and I have been married for over 30 years, and I cherish the time I spend with my daughter, son-in-law, and our wonderful grandson. When I’m not working, you can often find me in my garden canning vegetables, making jams, arranging flowers, traveling, or simply relaxing around a fire while hosting friends and family—truly embracing a life of wellness and connection.
